Bb upgrade this weekend

Blackboard is due to be upgraded this weekend and will be unavailable from 5pm on Friday 29 June to 8am on Monday 2 July.

After the upgrade has been tested we will be able to prepare the organisation sites and the content system for use during the pilot phase in semester 2 2006.

so what’s this all about?

Learning Development Services (LDS) at ECU are currently running a project which aims to implement the Blackboard Academic Suite during 2007, including Bb Learning Management System v7.1, the community system and the content system.

This is a phased roll out, with an initial pilot phase during semester 2, 2006.

This first phase will involve a sample group of academic courses, using version 7 of the LMS with access to most of the features of the community and content systems.
